This reverts commit b419957e.

this commit moves all git repo-based dep cloning to ouside Docker,
and their installation commands to the entrypoint script

Support for optimized 1D dws SWU

this will allow generated HLS ipgen folders to be executable outside
the container by setting up the FINN_ROOT env.var.

HLS parts only so far, IP stitching part yet to come
