Fix extraneous arrow showing on home page if Meta 2 is empty string

Fix a bug with !556 (merged) where an empty Meta 2 will show an extraneous arrow in the homepage.

I've seen some FVs use only Meta 1, and other deployments (e.g. the one at Edinburgh) does the same.
