Collapsible categories and subcategories

Burak Emir Sezen requested to merge collapse-categories into master

I think this is a useful thing to have. I made the default expanded, so the users can collapse the ones they are not interested in and the website will remember. It looks kind of bad ui wise, so I'm open to feedback on that front.
