Fix "Toggle [section] visibility" button being invisible

In the migration to Mantine it was overlooked that the button toggling section visibility is no longer visible: #313 (closed). This MR fixes that, and adds two small spacing improvements on top that make the site look a little nicer. For LUK it would be nice if this MR was deployed on production soon after merging.
