Jump to hidden answer sections

Federico Mantovani requested to merge 258-naming-cut-with-hidden-answer into master

Instead of not rendering hidden sections at all, I place an empty div at the location of the hidden section with the same id as the answer section. This makes it possible to jump to that location through URL anchor tags.
