[Remote Execution & Test] Enabled remote execution on pynq board when model contains dataflow partition and added testcase to ipstitch test

[Core] Added different handeling of execution when node is dataflow partition model, and added functionality to save input array in npy file and copy it to pynq board

[Transformation] Added functionality to make_deployment trafo to collect all necessary files in one folder

[Util] Changed unpack_innermost_dim_from_hex_string() to always interpret signed values correctly (not only when using pyverilator)
