Make cards feel softer

The Category, Exam and Document cards don't have any focus/hover/click effects. It'd be nice to have them!

This MR makes the cards lose the shadows by default, but get shadows on hover.

Additionally:

  • Tab-focusing on cards will show highly visible outlines for accessibility
  • Hovering on cards adds a subtle thicker colour border
  • Clicking on a card will translate its position down by 1px for satisfaction
  • Hover effects are disabled on mobile for best experience
