Display scoreboard rank

Burak Emir Sezen requested to merge display_scoreboard_rank into master

I thought it would be cool to display which scoreboard ranking people have on their profile. I don't really know how computationally heavy the rank computing function would be in a production environment so depending on that we can increase the caching time to adjust.
