Added scroll-up button (#39)

Lukas Möller requested to merge add-scroll-up-button into staging

I am not sure on which os / size configurations we want to show the button as e.g. on iOS you can just press on the navigation bar which has the same effect.

I can add javascript smooth scrolling behavior if that is preferred.
