Use Mantine <Table> for markdown tables for prettier results

Tables in markdown currently render very squashed without a lot of clear separation between columns. It's because community-solutions uses HTML <table>.

Mantine's <Table> is a drop-in replacement to get better results, so this MR makes that replacement.
