Fix LoadingOverlay stuck to top left of the page

Jacques Hoffmann requested to merge fix-loader-center into master

The move to Mantine has broken the custom LoadingOverlay component as it is no longer centered in the page when visible. There is a replacement component within Mantine to switch to, equivalent in functionality.
