Troubleshooting section in readme

Often new devs starting on Community Solutions get errors in the backend or frontend and them having little pre-knowledge don't know why the errors show up or what they mean, because they don't know how Community Solutions is setup. This MR adds a little troubleshooting section just to get around the common basic errors.

For example a common overseen exception is the Minio hosts file problem.
