Remove old SVGs and tutorial screenshots

Before we started using vseth-components in 2020, we used hand-crafted icons found in frontend/public/static. They weren't removed after the migration, but are not used anymore. We also once had a tutorial, which was removed in 2020 (commit 83576ff8), but the screenshots used in there were also kept.

This commit removes both of them. Tested that everything still works.
