Remove legacy VISki importer / migration code

Since VISki was shut down earlier this year, there's no point in keeping around the importer code anymore. I think this should not break anything else since the code was relatively isolated. I've tested the site shortly and there were no errors appearing in the console nor any visibly missing functionality.
