Added a hamburger menu that is only visible on mobile devices. Added react-feather for the icon. The module is tree-shakable and adds 2.8K (1.3K gzippped) with the current import configuration. The menu looks like it did before when it is active. When it is inactive display: none is applied to the menuWrapper.
