Fix small bugs

Fixes some small bugs that I noticed.

• Some Semester options were missing
• Exam type input was a select which means that no custom exam type could be used
• The remark field in the exam metadata editor had no initial value
• meta categories are reloaded after the category metadata editor is closed
• More margin in the category view
