Added Matlab and ETH Software Store

Added a Visual Guide for the ETH Software Store to make it clearer to use the Website. Might add Arrows for further clarity. There is now enough information to get MatLab working, this might be supplemented by adding a tutorial on how to install in a diff location. Custom Install seems to be out of scope for this tutorial.
