Running vanilla Jupyter notebooks in VScode on login node
When I create a Jupyter notebook on the login node and want to run it under some interpreter I see the following:
I'm using a standard VScode extension for Jupyter.
Still, trying to pip3.6 install jupyter
results in an error due to compatibility issues between Python 3.6 and required packages:
Collecting argon2-cffi-bindings (from argon2-cffi->notebook->jupyter)

I have run the "module load gcc/6.3.0 python/3.8.5" command, but it gives no effect. Ideally, I would like to have a Jupyter notebook working on a login node with any installed virtualenv. Could you add instructions to get this feature?
