Using custom Python kernels in notebooks
I have an environment set up with virtualenv that I added as a Jupyter kernel, ensuring it shows up under "Available kernels" from:
jupyter kernelspec list
However, pointing the notebook to this new kernel has no effect:
!which python
/cluster/apps/nss/gcc-8.2.0/python/3.8.5/x86_64/bin/python
Could you add the steps to work in a custom conda / virtualenvs?
