• get rid of materials.h
• make gnn / kim optional again
• replace some #ifdefs by template techniques
• consequently use LatticeStructure instead of std::string
• remove xml files
• move lattice_cache.h from NanoIndentation to materials
• move create_material from the initializer namespace to the material namespace
• Euler: GCC 11 support
