Segmentation faults for larger simulations

When running larger (many MPI processes) simulations in the container, the simulation runs out of /dev/shm (error message " not enough space for /dev/shm/vader_segment(...)"). This leads to segmentation faults.

Increasing the size of /dev/shm in the container would enable running these tests in the container.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
