merge Rebeccas branch into main

rgartner requested to merge rebeccas-playground into main

main changes:

  • drop down selection of histograms
  • one can select from which cooldown the data was taken ( -> correct E cuts are used)
  • used E cuts saved in config file
  • backend completly restructured: instead of having to define a fct for each checkbox, we now have a "base" and an "options" function for each hist type, such that options like degrassing, bkg sub etc can be turned off or on -> only base and options fct needed for each hist type
