+Some settings need to be done to display the converted book properly:

+# Global Options
+In the global options, disable the generation of part and chapter numbers:

+The numbers are already coded into the generated HTML.

+# ETHZ Options
+Make sure the output filter in Wordpress is disabled:

+This filter usually serves as a protection against malicious code, entered by anonymous authors on Wordpress hosting sites. But the filter also would cripple some of the HTML generated, so it has to be turned off.
