Initial freight population based on GTE and GQGV surveys. Some notes :

Currently, international NUTS zones are assigned to the nearest point on the Swiss border, but should at least be assigned to a border crossing.
Within Switzerland, NUTS zones are used, but we have more detailed information on postcode or municipality level.
Departure times are set randomly.
All vehicle types are merged into a single truck mode.
Good types are not differentiated
