feat: update eqasim and pt2matsim versions

Updated to a more recent commit on eqasim develop. Updated to a more recent version of pt2matsim. The latest version cannot be used as it has some issues with funculare, and ferry modes. Updated the matsim.simulation.prepare script to reflect changes in eqasim java for config adaptation.
