Differentiate between main and other primary locations
Originally in Kirill's code, the main commute was determined based on the longest activity duration, independent of purpose, which meant a single commute trip per person. All other primary activities were then considered as sub-primary and given different locations. This means that a person could have multiple work/education locations.
Now, we have merged everything together to only have a single work and education location per person, based on the longest activity from the microcensus (differentiated by purpose). The question is whether we want to revisit the old approach of having multiple work/education locations and which one is better.
