Small changes to Eclipse setup as suggested by Christian Schär

The JRE to run Eclipse now comes with eclipse (so is managed)
Eclipse installation folder no longer contains the Eclipse version name
Workspace folder no longer contains the Eclipse version name

Small adaptions needed

GIT folder must be set earlier in the setup process
