Previous commit made something to not work.. Reverted to a6c20a60 and added Debugging.msg, and two new launch files (propbably unfinished)

only some small additions for data recording. safecontroller is also writing to bagfile allowing to find the controller mistake.

Does not compile. Want to construct marker object from message unlabeled marker, and CF Object from message CF

added image to project. Need to adjust size, offset, etc. Need also to investigate CMAKE resource adding
