Fracture energy for AT1 dissipation function

Current GRIPHFiTH implementation computes fracture energy using only the AT2 dissipation function and it needs an extension to AT1.

In other words:

fracture_energy_LABEL F-90 MEX function should ingest diss_fct parameter and have the computation of output value adjusted accordingly for diss_fct="AT1".
