remove the caching option

cwalter requested to merge no-more-cache into master

uploading new files doesn't invalidate the cache. therefore companies don't see their new logo/ads if they upload them. Without the cache it will take longer for them to download the guide, but it will always update. maybe we should first merge into staging, or enable building the staging pipeline on every branch.
