CI_DEPLOY_URL_LEELA has been added to the CI-Group variables

LGTM.

I just thought that we might better name this deploy job more generic such as deploy_backup or deploy_fallback and the used environment variable accordingly. This way, we do not have to change the repository, when the name of the fallback system changes.
