added two points to the terms and conditions

to comply with the new DSV we should update the terms and conditions. This makes sure we have permissions to take and publish photos, and this is given together with the event signup.

@ncantieni can you have a look at this as well.

I don't really like the usage of the vorstand@amiv email. But just informing the organizer is a bad idea as they might not be informed/equiped to process the request.
