Remove path prefix `amiv`

Sandro Lutz requested to merge rename-paths into master

All pages which reside below the main menu item AMIV had the path prefix /amiv. Below the main menu item Jobs there was no such scheme.

In order to keep the path short, I suggest that we remove the /amiv path prefix as there is no page under /amiv. On those main menu items, the first sub page is linked.
