Load all joboffers at once

Sandro Lutz requested to merge joboffers-page-loading into master

Load all available joboffers at once when loading. This ensures that all job offers are visible without any further action from the user.

This MR also increases the job offers shown on the frontpage from 3 to 6.

Resolves #118 (closed).
