General Overhaul of the `Profile` Page

  • Split the profile into multiple smaller classes and views
  • Add functionality to delete all sessions of a user
  • Add self-enrollment group support
  • Probably some more changes that forgot

Old description: Add «Terminate all other sessions» Button to Profile Page. This allows the user to kill all other sessions started with the AMIV API.

Resolves #49 (closed).
