Freebies Counter connector

Marco Eppenberger requested to merge marcoep_counter into master

With the new connector, it can be checked if people are AMIV members, and on each check-in, a counter is increased. This functionality is used for giving out free stuff to our members, hence the name "Freebies".

The interface to the mobile apps should not have changed at all and no changes should be necessary. This needs to be tested before merging into master. @rbarton @lutzsa
