Interface to events/jobs should allow static access to:

GetEvent -
By Index -
By Category and Index -
By Id

Updating of event/s -
Clear/Save Cache -
The interface needs to initialise itself as required, including loading data from cache etc. -
Allow it to be easily extended to studydocs and other api features -
The interface should handle requests to api within it. So move the requests to Events etc -
Fetch Updated list from server via Events class
