Add CSV export for event signups

Sandro Lutz requested to merge eventsignups-csv-export into master

It was requested by the Kulturis to have a CSV export for the event participants.

This MR introduces an additional button for the event signup table which will trigger the file download dialog of the browser to download the prepared CSV data as a file.
