Allow Login with Root Token

    At the moment, it is not possible to use the root token to log into the admintools.

    This is only a little bit annoying to work with an empty test API, since the admintools can't be used to create some initial users and groups.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
