add link to paper + ref to code review protocol

I reviewed the analysis code. The code is well-documented, license information is available, the instructions to run the code are clear and it runs smoothly and reproduces the published results. Dependency management is achieved by stating the respective MATLAB and SPM versions. Information regarding the OS for which the code has been tested could be added. I added 2 changes to the README file:

  • link back to DOI of the paper
  • mentioning of the code review protocol
