Picker controller working nicely (on laptop 4) and code commented with simple explanation of what to do

Added squat functions to picker and connected to GUI button. Also added parameters for object thickness at pickup and put down locations

Added files for Picker node and integrated into student GUI, PPSClient, and Paramter service, needs testing

Added new tabs to the flying agent GUI as separate classes. The classes still need to be implemented

Updated regex for the Refresh IDs button on the manager GUI to account for the new node naming convention of .../agentXXX/PPSClient

Added files for the flying agent GUI, currently compiles in Qt but need significantly testing and development for integrating with ROS

Added a mutex to the RF status label, and adjust the clearing and updating of the bettery status label, seems to be working without too many freezes... will always require more testing

Adjusted battery level image in Student GUI to onlz re-draw when image changes. Tested and seems to be stable.
