Started on making the Parameter Service more generic, compiled and tested, still needs full implementaiton

System prepared to start developing MPC controller. Included estimation part and crazyflie_angle_mode part. Need to clean a bit and test it in the real system, but it should work

Adjusted namespacing from the Parameter Service of the coordinator and to link with the Custom Controller

Loading of parameters from PPSClient, SafeController, and Custom controller now working, still need to debug messages from GUI buttons

Moved the management of YAML file parameters to a Pamater Service node, ideally to make things cleaner, needs to be debugged and tested
