Fix flagged page

Burak Emir Sezen requested to merge improve-flagged-page into master

There were some small issues with this page that I only realized after seeing it in prod.

In one of the tables "Comment" and "Answer" was switched around.

The length of the link influenced the shape of the table.

This MR aims to fix those issues. It also applied correct formatting so that's why the whole file is modified 😭 .
