Buttons on exam page don't work on desktop safari with small window size

When opening an exam using Safari (Version 13.0.5 (15608.5.11)) with the smallest possible window size I cannot interact with the buttons in the top right corner. Screen_Recording_2020-02-27_at_22.53.25
