Permalink Button doesn't jump to answer

Pressing the Permalink button of an answer does nothing (besides changing the location / changing location.history): It neither copies the URL to the clipboard nor does it jump to that answer. I would suggest that pressing it does one of these things. I would suggest copying behavior as the user has no benefit from jumping to the answer he is already looking at (although this would be the default behavior of hash links). The only thing a user would realistically would do with the button is right clicking it and copying the address. The current behavior could also be intended behavior. In this case this issue can be closed.
