Collection of Feature Requests

First of all I'd like to apologise as it might not be the best idea to collect several requests in one issue as it might not be closed until all of them are done. I can delete this issue an create seperate ones if desired.

Requests from myself:

• As admin the ability to move answers. I stumbled on many missing splits which already had answers on some other split and it's a pain to contact every author to move their answer. (Duplicate of #64 (closed) but w/o moving the cut)
• Report answers and comments and maybe add a ban system for users that can't behave themselves. Example:
• Some sort of feature that enables someone who gives an answer ask for justification if his answer gets downvoted. I saw wrong downvoting on multiple occasions.

Requests from the community:

• DarkMode.
• Create personal lists like "TODO".
• Mark exams that already have been read.
• Request splits.
