Changing Exam Category Blanks Page

(Found because of Information Theory being in two separate categories and trying to merge them) Example: https://exams.vis.ethz.ch/exams/aqvzzckt.pdf

When Editing an exam and trying to change the Category, the page turns blank and prevents you from saving.
