Feature Request: Enhance Comments

Currently, if you write a comment to an answer, it will get lost if you don't remember in which exam and you can't find it with the search tool. There is no central place to find them. Comments also do lack the "View Source Code" functionality, as well as reporting capabilities. This makes them feel like an afterthought in general.

Even further, there is no way to reference a comment, or "reply" to a comment. While this is not a problem in general, it would still be nice to link to them in some cases.

The first issue could be solved by adding a "Comments" page (similar to the "Answers" page) in the user dashboard. Another idea would be to implement a better search tool, with "keyword" functionality (similarly to how Discord search famously works). Then you could search for your own comments using a specific query.
