Feature Request: Make exam questions search more visible

Current behaviour: Searching currenlty only allows searching for course or exam. However, the content of an exam or specific phrases is not searchable (at least I did't find out until now). This is especially inconvinient if you want to find a specific exam question quickly, like for solutions in DDCA optional homeworks.

The search button at the top of the page doesn't evoke the impression that it allows full exam search.

Proposed behaviour: On each subject page, add a filter to allow searching for questions in all exams. Alternative: Add a filter keyword to the big search bars

Implementation ideas: If the PDF files include searchable text, it might be possible to extract this text and search for it. If the PDF files don't include searchable text, OCR might be a solution - probably not on the Server though.
