Warn users when uploading large documents

Someone wanted to upload a pdf that was 43MB to Documents (iPad written -> Very high resolution). Currently Comsol just fails to upload it but doesn't inform the user. I think a proper error plus a hint to where they can go to compress their document would be an adequate fix
